Where the numbers on this site come from
Every external source cited inline anywhere on ecommerceloans.com.au is listed below: what it’s used for, where it’s cited, and whether it’s an independent source or a lender describing its own product.
We fetch and confirm a source directly before citing it. We don’t cite from memory and we don’t cite a competing broker or lender’s marketing content as the source for a fact. See our editorial policy for the full standard this table is held to.
Last reviewed: 18 September 2026. Every external link on this page was checked on that date.
Independent sources
Government, regulators and independent professional firms, none of which are a lender or a competing broker.

Lenders describing their own criteria
Where we cite a bank or lender’s own published eligibility criteria, that’s their self-reported position on their own product, not an independent assessment. We say so explicitly wherever we use one, and we only use it to describe what that specific lender requires, not as evidence for a general market statistic.

What’s not on this list yet
Most pages on this site don’t carry an inline citation yet. That’s not a gap we’re papering over. It’s where things stand while we work through refreshing each page with fetched, confirmed sources. This table will only ever list a source we pulled and checked ourselves, never one we assumed or recalled from memory, so it will grow more slowly than a page that just lists every source in the industry.
Give us the basics below and we’ll call you within the hour, or at the time you choose, then come back with the two or three offers worth your time.
